Terms
These Terms describe the service boundary, account responsibilities, payment model and acceptable-use obligations for BusinessProxy. BusinessProxy provides controlled browser access and, where enabled, beta Private App Access. It is not a device-wide VPN, anonymity service, unblock tool or scraping platform.
Service scope
BusinessProxy provides a managed browser path with workspace policy, session limits, egress-region controls and audit records. The extension controls browser proxy settings only. The current beta package uses Chrome/Chromium APIs. It does not control the entire device.
Managed-device boundary
On unmanaged devices, users may still use other browsers or unmanaged Chrome profiles outside BusinessProxy. If enforced deployment is required, customers should use Chrome Enterprise or MDM controls to require the extension and lock managed settings.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for users, devices, workspace membership, admin roles, policies and activity under your account. Keep credentials secure, remove users who no longer need access, and report suspected compromise promptly.
Sessions and enforcement
Proxy sessions use separate short-lived session credentials. BusinessProxy may limit, block, expire or revoke sessions for quota exhaustion, policy enforcement, abuse signals, security risk, account compromise or violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Payment model
During early access, paid plans are activated by one-time payment through Robokassa. Plans do not auto-renew unless a later billing model is expressly shown at checkout. The price, period and provider are shown before payment.
Legal entity
BusinessProxy is operated by UPRAVTREB LLC. Contracting details, invoice details and legal-entity information for business evaluation are available through support@business-proxy.com.
Private App Access (beta)
Private App Access is beta and sales-assisted. It uses a connector running in your network and a Layer-7 alias path. Internal hostnames can stay hidden from external users, but the alias path relays full HTTP requests and responses in transit.
