Retention defaults by data class

BusinessProxy keeps operational records only as long as needed for service operation, quota enforcement, abuse prevention, incident response, legal obligations and accountability. This page is the retention source of truth for public trust and legal copy.

Retention periods below describe application records and deployment logs. They do not mean BusinessProxy inspects HTTPS page content on the browser-proxy path. Private App Access, where enabled, relays request and response bodies in transit and does not intentionally log or retain those bodies.

Account deletion, legal holds, fraud review, chargebacks and backup deletion may affect when some records are removed. If you need deletion details for a review, contact support@business-proxy.com.

Are proxy sessions deleted after 30 days?

Session-linked usage events are cleaned after 30 days by default. Proxy session records are a separate data class and are not part of the default usage/blocked/audit cleanup path today.

Do these logs include HTTPS page content?

Not on the browser-proxy path. That path does not inspect HTTPS page content.

Can we request deletion?

Contact support@business-proxy.com from the account email. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud or backup reasons.
