Refunds and billing

Refunds for one-time early-access payments

During early access, paid BusinessProxy plans are activated by one-time payment through Robokassa. Plans do not auto-renew unless checkout expressly shows a different billing model. This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed and how refunds can affect paid access.

What checkout shows

Before you pay

Before payment, checkout shows the plan, billing period, amount, payment provider and any applicable tax or receipt information required for the transaction.

Refund review

How to request

To request a refund review, contact support@business-proxy.com from the email associated with the paid account and include the payment date, plan and transaction reference if available. We review requests according to applicable law, Robokassa processing rules, the checkout terms shown at payment, account status and service usage.

Entitlement effect

After a refund

A completed refund, chargeback, fraud review or payment reversal may reduce, suspend or revoke paid-plan entitlements and active access.

Receipts and tax

Documents

Receipt, invoice and tax handling depends on the approved Robokassa checkout configuration and applicable law. For business billing questions, contact support@business-proxy.com before payment.
